The Executive Function System — Guided Setup

The part that happens after you buy the system: a plan built for your week, reminders that reach you on your phone, and a reset for the day you notice you've stopped.

• Your 13-week Plan Builder — map your two priority modules, answer six questions and get a dated 13-week plan with two moves and their two-minute versions.
• 91 calendar reminders — one tap adds them to your phone's calendar. No app, no account, no email list.
• The Day-10 Kit (PDF, 6 pages) — for the day the novelty runs out: shrink the move, restart in three days, pick it back up without catching up.
• Start Here — Guided Edition (PDF, 4 pages) — the order to use everything in the Ultimate Edition, week by week.

Made for The Executive Function System — Ultimate: the guides point to its pages. Instant access after checkout.
