Your brain isn’t broken.
Your system is.
Eight executive functions run your day. Two of them are doing the damage. Sixteen statements and you’ll know which two.
You’ve tried the planners. The apps. The color-coded calendar that lasted nine days.
Every system worked — right up until the first bad brain day. Then one missed morning became a missed week, and the planner joined the graveyard in your drawer.
Here’s what nobody built for you: a system that expects the bad days. Not one that collapses when you’re inconsistent — one designed around the fact that you will be.
That’s what this is. It starts by mapping which of your eight executive functions actually drain you, sends you to the two modules that matter for your profile, and gives every single strategy a bad-brain-day version: the two-minute fallback that keeps the system alive when your brain declines to cooperate.
No 6 a.m. routines. No “just try harder” dressed up as advice. No cartoon rainbows designed for someone’s classroom. This is a tool for adults, written like it.
One file. Two modules to run. Six you get to skip.

Thirteen parts. You run two of them.
Four building blocks and eight skill modules. Every one of them ships with its two-minute bad-brain-day version.
Most ADHD printables sell you 250 loose worksheets and wish you luck.
This is not a pile. It’s a system, and three things make it one.
Printed, ticked, taped to something.

Two extras, included with every order — PDF, Complete or Plus.
The Hard Conversations Pack is listed above at €17. Neither extra is sold separately, and neither costs you anything on top, whichever edition you take.
Three steps, and the first one is over in a minute.
“Every other planner treats a blank week as failure. This one has a page for it. Ten minutes, and you’re back in.”

Questions
What exactly do I get?
A 169-page PDF system: the 48-question self-assessment with your personal route, 8 skill modules, 14 print-ready strategy cards, and the 90-Day Tracker with its restart protocol. Every order also includes two extras in the same download: The Hard Conversations Pack — eight scripts plus the Explain-It page — and the Bad Brain Day Emergency Card. Instant download, yours forever, updates included. The Complete System (€83,95) adds, in the same order: the Audio Edition — ten MP3 chapters, two and a half hours — the Digital 90-Day Tracker for Google Sheets, Excel and Numbers, the 90-Day Accountability Pack and the EF Poster Pack. The Plus (€109,95) adds two more on top of the Complete: the 90-Day Companion — one page for each of the ninety days, ten scenarios and six standing-arrangement scripts — and the Editable Templates Pack, where every worksheet is fillable on screen, with Google Sheets, Word and Notion versions in the same download.
Is this a course I have to finish?
No. The assessment sends you to the two modules your profile actually needs — you skip the rest. It’s designed to be used on real days, not completed like homework.
Will this work if I’ve abandoned every planner I’ve ever tried?
That’s exactly who it’s built for. Every single strategy ships with a two-minute “bad brain day” fallback, and the tracker treats a blank week as data, not failure. The system expects you to disappear sometimes — re-entry costs ten minutes.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis for this to be useful?
No. If working memory, task initiation or time blindness are where your days fall apart, the system meets you there. It’s an educational tool, not medical advice, and it works alongside whatever support you already use.
Do I need an app or a subscription?
No app, no subscription, no account. It’s a PDF that works on any device — print only the four cards you need, or keep it on your phone.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
You’re covered by the 30-Day “It Works On Real Days” Guarantee: run your first module for two weeks. If it doesn’t give you more traction than what you’ve tried before, one email gets you a full refund — and you keep the file.

Ninety seconds, then you decide.
The brain you’re waiting for — the one that will feel ready — is the same brain reading this. Next Monday it will have the same eight functions and the same bad days, plus one more week of the pile.
Not ready today?
Leave your email and we’ll send one short note when we add something new to the system. No noise, and nothing you didn’t ask for.
Where this comes from
Every strategy in here was written against one rule, applied before anything made the page: it has to survive a day when you have nothing left. Anything that only worked on a good day was cut.
The mechanics are the established ones in the literature on executive function and attention — externalization, anchoring, friction design, implementation intentions. Nothing invented, nothing rebranded. What changed is the packaging: plain language, adult tone, and a two-minute version of every single strategy, so the system keeps running on the days it usually collapses.
The assessment scores all eight domains, not seven. The eighth is follow-through — and that is what the 90-Day Tracker exists for. That is why the modules are seven and the domains are eight.
This is an educational toolkit built on published research about executive function. It is not medical or psychological treatment and does not replace a clinician. It works alongside whatever support you already have.
